Day 2 Kudos Awarded by Counselor and Librarian

Z.N.E.S. announces their book winners for Day 2 of the 1,000+ Sight Word Club! Today's kudos are awarded to Hailey Pina, Manuel Arriaga, Leila Montes, and Kaylee Garza. These students are given a "ticket" for every 1,000 words read to win a chance at winning a book from the Scholastic Book Fair.

Students Receive Accolades for Reading

To kick off the Z.N.E.S. Book Fair this semester, counselor, Diana Ramirez, and librarian, Jackie Pineda, held a raffle to encourage students to keep testing on sight words to become members of the 1,000 Sight Word Club. Winners of the first raffle were Yelitza Martinez, Ximena Alvarez, Julianne Mariscal and Alynna Gutierrez. Stay tuned tomorrow for 4 new winners!
