Wishing our Zapata High School Mariachi Halcon the best of luck as they head out to UIL State Mariachi Festival in Seguin. They will be competing tomorrow at 2:15 at the Seguin HS Performing Arts Center. Mariachi Halcon is under the direction of Mr. Oscar Martinez and Mr. Jacob Ramirez. Code 106.001 The District may not deny services to any individual eligible to participate in its special education program, but it shall provide individuals with disabilities special educational services as authorized by law. Education Code 1.002(b).
