CONGRATULATIONS Hailey Pina! ZCISD is proud of you!

Hailey Pina, Zapata Middle School Student, was selected as one of two National Ambassadors to represent our community in Washington, DC as part of the Community in Schools Do the 'Write' Thing Challenge. This Challenge is an academic program which focuses on youth anti-violence/anti-bullying and truancy prevention.

Hailey's essay will be published in a Book of Writings which will be housed at the Library of Congress. ZCISD is very proud of Hailey and the efforts that she put forth. Congratulations Hailey on this prestigious honor!
